NEW TALENTS IN CLASSICAL MUSIC

The Thessaloniki Friends of Music Society presents the successful series of events “New talents in classical Music”.
In the world of classical music, reinvention is always considered crucial as a means to reawaken the interest of the audience. Every generation of musicians has its big names. The new generation of musicians, who aspire to follow in the footsteps of the renowned soloists, find themselves relentlessly fighting to claim their own personal space on the competitive music stage.           
The Thessaloniki Friends of Music Society is actively assisting all these young musicians by giving them the opportunity, as well as the incentive, to display their talents at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall. 
The best students aged 6 to 30 will demonstrate their musicality, “armed” with their bows, scores, hands and voices.
Until today, the events within this series have been highly successful, showcasing exceptional musical talents and attracting an impressive audience attendance—an encouraging indication of Thessaloniki’s community response to this initiative by the Thessaloniki Friends of Music Society.
