Through art, culture, and education

A unique interactive journey. It begins with twelve tactile paintings by Dimitris Kapetanou in Braille, where people with visual disabilities describe how they have imagined color. The tour will be led by blind volunteers of the Panhellenic Association of the Blind of the District Union of Central Macedonia. In collaboration with the MOMus Museum of Contemporary Art, a special, educational, inclusive video with the exhibition artworks will be screened entitled: “From now on. Stories for a next tomorrow” with accompanying story narration in Greek Sign Language. For visitors with visual disabilities, a tactile tour of the stage of the Emilios Riadis Hall will be offered by Access4all in order to help them comprehend the layout of the space where the concert will take place.
In the concert, Vasilis Lekkas with Erini and Alexandra Kerlidou - the first Greek musician with cerebral spastic quadriplegia - sing and create art together through the revolutionary EyeHarp technology, which allows musical expression through the eyes.
