‘È pazzo il mio core... My heart is crazy...’
Mezzo-soprano Theodora Baka and two representatives of the younger generation of the Greek scene of Old Music, are collaborating on a programme around the glamour, explosiveness, and “craziness” of the Baroque era. With works from early (17th century) and late (18th century) in this era, the three artists are searching for a way to approach the extremes through performance, aiming for a bright (“chiaro”) experience for themselves and their audience.
