Auditions for the opera AIDA - 7th of September (24/08/2016)

Giuseppe Verdi’s masterpiece “AIDA” is coming to the Thessaloniki Concert Hall in October 2016. 
 
The Thessaloniki Concert Hall is organising a new round of auditions on Wednesday, September 7th, 2016 (Times to be announced), for the following roles:

  • Ramphis, Head Priest
  • King of Egypt
  • Messenger
Candidates are required to sing an aria of their own choice as well as the relevant extract of the role they are auditioning for.  TCH provides a pianist free of charge.

  • Ramphis:  Page 4 - 5, page 67 ("Mortal diletto...") - 68 ("...Morte")

  • Messenger:  Page 30 - 33 ("...guerra recando e morte")
