Davide Tuscano

Began pre-academic singing studies in 2011 at the Conservatory of Music "Francesco Cilea" in Reggio Calabria. Following the victory of the "Young Male Talent" at the international competition "Premio Etta Limiti Opera 2013", he moved to Genoa where he attended the "Niccolò Pagnini" Conservatory of Music, earning his Level I Academic Diploma in 2017.
Since 2014, concurrently with his studies, he began a course of artistic training by participating in the Opera Workshops organized at the Teatro Mancinelli in Orvieto under the guidance of M^ο Maurizio Arena, debuting in 2014 the role of Ruiz in Il Trovatore by G. Verdi, in 2015 the role of Goro in Madama Butterfly by G. Puccini and finally, in 2016, the role of Rodolfo in La Bohème by G. Puccini.
In December 2019, he obtained with top marks the academic diploma of II level at the Conservatory of Music "G. B. Martini" in Bologna.
He carries out an intense concert activity, also beginning a collaboration with the "Luciano Pavarotti Foundation" taking part in the concert-event "Vincerò 2019" held at Sorrento and at the "Musica Maestro! 2021" in the concert – event "Che Gelida Manina" at the park of the "Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti" in Modena.
In March 2021, he was admitted to the Academy of advanced training and professional insertion for opera singers at the Carlo Felice Theater in Genoa. At the same theater, in June 2021 he made his debut in the role of Nemorino in the opera L'Elisir d'amore by G. Donizetti.
In October 2021 he is a finalist in the "Vincerò World Singing Competition 2021" and winner of the distinguished "Lucia Valentini Terrani" scholarship at the Opera Competition International "Iris Adami Corradetti."
In April 2022 during the Festival Maria Callas is Rodolfo in La Bohème by G. Puccini, staged at the Castello di Zevio (VR), under the baton of M° Gaetano Soliman.
In June 2022 he was the winner of the 50th International Singers' Competition "Toti Dal Monte" with the assignment of the role of Tebaldo in the opera I Capuleti e I Montecchi by V. Bellini.
In June 2022 he is a finalist in the 58th International Competition "Voci Verdiane."
In September 2022 he is Ruiz in G. Verdi's Il Trovatore at the Teatro Magnani in Fidenza, in the context of the XXII edition of the prestigious Festival Verdi, under the guidance M^ο Sebastiano Rolli.
From October 2022 to December 2022, he is Tebaldo in I Capuleti e I Montecchi by V. Bellini, staged at the Teatro Verdi in Padua, the Teatro Pergolesi Spontini of Jesi, the Teatro Mario Del Monaco of Treviso and the Teatro Sociale of Rovigo, under the direction of M^ο Tiziano Severini and M^ο Gerardo Felisatti, in a performance signed by Stefano Trespidi.
In March 2023 he is cover by M^o E. Scala in the role of Leicester in the world premiere of the play Bastarda, at the Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie in Brussels.
In April 2023 he is one of the featured artists at the Gala for the presentation of the Tutto Verdi International Awards at the Arriaga Theatre in Bilbao.
In June 2023 he is one of the featured artists at the "Festa del l'opera - 2023" at the Teatro Grande in Brescia.
In June 2023 he is Rodolfo again in La Bohème by G. Puccini, at the Aichi Prefectural Art Theater in Nagoya, supported, in the role of Mimì, by Angela Gheorghiu, under the guidance of Maestro Francesco Ivan Ciampa, in a production signed Teatro Massimo of Palermo.
In September 2023 he took part at the “Festival Verdi 2023” of the Teatro Regio di Parma, in the event I Giovani per Verdi organized by Club dei 27.
In October 2023 he is Rodolfo in La Bohème by G. Puccini, at the Teatro Verdi in Padua, and at the Teatro Mario del Monaco of Treviso.
In November 2023 he is Alfredo in the project La Traviata Revisited at the Opéra National de Bordeaux.
In November 2023 he is one of the featured artists in the recital “Verona Lirica” at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona.
