Karolina Jacewicz

A graduate of Animation and Graphic Design at UAP.
She made her debut with the animation a.e.i.o.u in 2008 at an exhibition at Gallery Mittwoch in Berlin.
Creator of several dozen large-format multimedia projections in various city spaces, including the Urban Affairs festival in Berlin, Outer Spaces in Poznań, Festival of Light and Mapping Skyway in Toruń, Lumo Bialistoko, Transatlantyk (Poznań / Łódź), Wuhzen Theater Festival in China and others.
She has worked and works in theaters all over Poland, such as: Wrocław Opera House, European Centre of Art in Bialystok, Warsaw Chamber Opera, Grand Theater in Łódź, Kielce Dance Theater, Artistic Swimming Pool.
Author and co-author of multimedia scenography of several dozen plays, including Walkiria by Wagner at the opera house in Oviedo (Spain), Fairy Queen in China, Idomeneo by Mozart, at the Warsaw Chamber Opera, the musical Interrupted Silence at the Artistic Swimming Pool in Warsaw, the tango opera Maria de Buenos Aires by Piazzola - directed by Michał Znaniecki.
She was responsible for the visual setting of many symphonic concerts conducted by such personalities as Krzysztof Penderecki or Marcin Sompoliński.
Co-author of the multimedia installation Roads of Innovation during the Opening Ceremony of the European Capital of Culture 2016 in Wrocław.
She was responsible for the visual setting of Dorota Masłowska's concert tour - Mister D, and her video for Marcin Zabrocki's song "Herbu warkoczyk" was nominated outside the competition for the YACHA award and the main prize at the D!PLA.
Its large-format exhibition of payroll on the new media 30/30 took part in the program of the 5 Mediations Biennale 2016 in Poznań.
