The Maîtrise des Hauts-de-Seine is the official children’s choir of the Opéra National de Paris. It has been training choristers and soloists for the major opera repertoire for more than twenty years. It has established a growing number of collaborations with French operas, which continue to turn to it for the quality of its soloists, especially the men. During their studies, the boys and girls of the Maîtrise des Hauts-de-Seine prepare to perform roles such as Ygnold in C. Debussy’s Pelléas et Mélisande, Miles and Flora in B. Britten’s Le Tour d’Ecrou or the shepherd in G. Puccini’s Tosca.
