FABRIZIO MOCATA GROUP: SWANGO

"Swango" brings together stylistic peculiarities of swing and tango in a new musical concept surprising.
Starting from the CD published with the title of the same name in Argentina by Fabrizio Mocata, the meeting with Fabio Crescente and Mauro Carpi has generated a project that offers both original songs what classics of the two genres, Mauro Carpi and Fabio Crescente boast an over twenty-year partnership in world of swing collaborating with great figures of the genre, both Italian and foreign.
For his part, Fabrizio Mocata, born as a jazz pianist, for more than twenty years old he stands out in the world of tango in Italy but above all in the big Festivals all over the world. The artistic project manages to combine the pulsation of swing with the passionate and melodic element of tango.
For this reason the musicians then decided to expand the group with a traditional instrument symbol of Tango such as the bandoneon and with the dance and singing sections in order to best complete represent the union between the two worlds.
